When "Checking Out" using Earth Walk Shoes' Shopping system, you may be prompted to view our Secure Certificate(SSL) information.  Our SSL is provided by Verisign, one of the world's leading internet security companies.  The SSL encrypts personal information before transmitting that information to our systems.

Our SSL(Secure Socket Layer) Certificate is binding and valid, and will always provide protection to you while passing sensitive information to our Order Fullfillment Center.
Return Policy
We accept returns for full refunds or exchanges returned within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.  Be sure to include your name, address and instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your credit card.

We do refund any taxes you were charged(if applicable).  We do not refund the credit and handling charges.  The free shipping only applies for your original order.  Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges, and re-shipping charges are $8.95.  Worn shoes are not returnable.  Products that are altered cannot be accepted for return.

In addition, certain products are ineligible for return, as noted on website pages displaying those products. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your return to be processed.

Earth Walk Shoes uses United Parcel Service (UPS), Fex Ex, and USPS for delivering goods to your home or business.  Most 'in stock' items will be processed the same day, especially if order is placed before 2 pm CST.

Earth Walk Shoes offers free shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more(UPS and USPS 3 day priority only) throughout the United States.  Please allow 5 to 10 days for standard ground shipping.  Please contact us for international orders, as we may be able to accomodate you.

For orders under $100.00, shipping is $8.95 UPS Ground, or USPS 3 Day Priority.  Insurance is optional for an additional $2.20.  Any orders paid for or placed after normal business hours will be shipped the following day.

NOTE:  UPS and FedEx services are for M-F deliveries only.  Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge and you must contact us for a quote.
Track Your Order
After placing your order, you will have the ability to track your order from our warehouse to your front doorstep.  Just use the login and password information given to you while making your purchase and log into the Earth Walk Shoes "My Account" section.  Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and link to allow you to know the location of your order at all times(if applicable).  Your order information will remain in the "My Account" section of the website at all times for your review.
